GENERAL SCIENCE II ONLINE (SCIENCE 800)
General Science II is a basic intermediate course intended to expose students to the designs and patterns in God’s physical universe. This course expands on the Science 600 and General Science I courses, providing a set of basic scientific skills and a broad survey of the major areas of science. Some of the areas covered in General Science II include the history of science, structure and properties of matter, health and nutrition, types of energy, electricity and magnetism, work , energy, forces, simple machines, balance in nature, natural cycles and resources.

All science courses have a lab portion which is an essential part of the learning process in science.
Our lab partner is Smart Science Virtual Labs allowing our students to have a consistent lab experience. No expensive equipment or supplies to purchase for your labs as all are completed virtually. Students should view the accompanying video to be successful in their lab experience. |

Smart Science is for the online NFC Academy Teacher Program grades 6-12. Home Teacher Programs in science will complete science labs in the online course. Neither program will require expenditures for science supplies and equipment.
